As MVP ambassadors, they help spread the word about our brand by sharing content on social media and referring fellow dancers our way. In return, they get access to exclusive perks throughout the year including creative styled shoots, community networking opportunities, discounts on photo packages, and a referral code to share with friends and family. Each ambassador also receives a personal highlight session focused on capturing their individual style and personality, perfect for building a dance portfolio. It’s more than just a program, it’s a family, and we’re so proud of every member of our MVP Fam.
Our MVP Fam is made up of passionate, kind, and outgoing dancers ages 6 to 18 who represent a diverse range of backgrounds, skill levels, and styles. What they all have in common is a love for dance, a commitment to our brand, and a positive spirit that uplifts those around them. These dancers are well-respected in their studios and local communities, and they shine as team players who lead with encouragement and enthusiasm. Whether they’re just starting out or dancing competitively, each ambassador brings something unique to the table and we’re proud to have them represent MVP.
THE MVP COLLECTIVE
Hi! I’m Aryana Guest, a 16-year-old dancer from Yorktown, Virginia, and the reigning Miss Virginia’s Teen! I’ve been dancing competitively for the past five years, although my love for performing began in gymnastics when I was just 4 years old. While I train in many styles, Musical Theater and Lyrical are my favorites. Outside of dance, I’m proud to model as a brand ambassador for ACA, where I recently had my own collection released called the “Aryana Set.” I also love photoshoots, editing videos, creating comedy skits with my friends, and finding new ways to express my creativity. Through the Miss Virginia Opportunity, I’ve grown as a leader, performer, and role model while working toward my dream of becoming a professional dancer and actress one day. Thanks for following along on my journey!
Hello! I’m Constiana Johnson, a 14-year-old dancer, leader, and student from Williamsburg, Virginia. I proudly serve as Jr. Miss Juneteenth of Virginia 2025–2026 and National Jr. Miss Juneteenth 2025–2026, representing excellence, culture, and community empowerment. I began dancing at just four years old and currently train as a company member with SI Dance Studio. Over the years, I’ve competed across the United States, continuing to grow in multiple dance styles and strengthen my passion for performing. Beyond dance, I’m deeply committed to leadership and service. My journey started as Williamsburg’s First Little Miss Juneteenth 2022 and Most Talented Junior Miss Juneteenth 2024. One day, I hope to become a professional dancer, teacher, and mentor who inspires the next generation.
Hi! My name is Andrea Penélope Amalbert Vélez, and I’m a 13-year-old competitive dancer who has been dancing since I was 2 years old. Dance has always been a massive part of my life. It’s taught me discipline, creativity, and how to work hard for what I love. Even though I had done gymnastics for a small portion of my life, I knew dance felt more like home. However, my favorite style is jazz because I love how powerful, energetic, and expressive it can be. When I’m not in the studio, I love watching dance videos, making TikToks, and spending time with my family and friends. I hope to become a physical therapist one day to help other dancers and athletes stay strong, recover from injuries, and keep doing what they love, just like I do!
Hello! My name is Kenzie McGowan, and I am a 15-year-old competitive dancer currently training at Evelyn Ott School of Dance while proudly serving as an MVP Ambassador. I have been dancing for 11 years and competing for the past 6, developing extensive training across a wide variety of dance styles. Although I value versatility as a performer, lyrical and jazz remain my greatest passions due to their emotional depth, technical precision, and artistry. Outside of the studio, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as visiting the beach whenever possible. I am an extremely outgoing and personable individual who values meaningful relationships and strong connections with others. Looking toward the future, my ultimate aspiration is to perform on an SEC collegiate dance team and eventually pursue a career as a DDC. I am incredibly excited for the opportunities ahead and cannot wait for everyone to follow along throughout my ambassador journey!

Hi! My name is Brooklyn Lawrence, I am 10-years-old and I am from Yorktown, Virginia, born and raised! I have been dancing since the age of 3 and at 5, I joined the competition team at my studio, the Academy of Dance. My favorite style of dance is hard to choose because I just love so many of them but my strongest suit is probably my favorite, which is lyrical. I take my dance training very seriously which keeps me in the studio about 7 days a week but I don’t mind because being around my dance family is my favorite! The stage is my second home as my other passions are singing and acting; I was recently a lead in our school musical even! In the last year, I have learned that I LOVE to model and even received an ambassadorship with ACA which made me feel so special. Right now, my goal in life is to be the next Taylor Swift and/or a Rockette! I don’t get a whole lot of free time but you can catch me spending it with my close-knit-family in the pool, or going to church, or football games, or baseball games, or playing basketball in the driveway! I’m really just your All-American-girl next door!
Waverly Winstead is an energetic 8-year-old with a kind heart and even bigger dreams! A dedicated member of the Academy of Dance competition team for the past two years, Waverly trains in lyrical, tap, jazz, ballet, and gymnastics—though flips are definitely her favorite! Outside the studio, she shines just as brightly, serving as the Student Council Association Recorder at her school. Waverly also holds the title of Little Sister for Miss Newport News-Hampton through the Miss Virginia Organization’s Little Sisters Program. She’s especially proud of her fundraiser, “Waverly’s Wishes,” which raises money for the Humane Society through flower sales. With a love for performing and helping others, Waverly is eager to continue growing her dance and modeling career—because the stage is where she belongs!
I'm Janae Dancy, a 12-year-old with a laid-back vibe and a big heart for people and God from Portmouth, VA — but I've lived in Virginia Beach my whole life. I go by Nae, and I've been dancing since I was age of 3. I've been doing competitive dance since I was 5 with DanzStar studio. I love dancing to Christian Hip Hop, old-school Hip Hop, and Run DMC, keeping the style true to its roots with popping and locking. My love for popping and locking comes from Poppin John and Kida da Great. I dream of becoming a musician, a competition judge, and a professional dancer someday. When I'm not dancing, I like helping the homeless through my studio and raising money for places like CHKD and Leukemia. Besides dance, I also play guitar and skateboard in my free time, which dance helps me get better at. Hope you enjoyed getting to know Nae — the big smile and deep dimples included.
Hello. My name is Camilla Null and I’m a 10 year old dancer from Yorktown, VA. I’ve been dancing at the Academy of dance since I was little but this is my 3rd year being on the competition team. I love performing on stage and my absolute favorite style of dance is Jazz. I also enjoy Musical theater very much. If not professional dancing I would love to be an actress. You might not know about it but I love scary movies like “Stranger Things” or “The Last of Us” and it would be a dream to be on a show like that. My other love is for animals so I can also see myself as a Veterinarian in the future. Apart from that, I enjoy being an ambassador for a fabulous active wear brand, Dragongwing, and modeling clothes for other amazing brands like ACA or local Dancer’s boutique. I recently became a part of Miss America’s little sisters organization and cannot wait to hit the stage of Miss Virginia this summer alongside a few of my friends. Lastly I have an obsession with jellycats toys and can’t imagine life without my sisters Nellie and Ayla
Hi, My name is Kayla and I am a 10 year old Competitive Dancer and aspiring Broadway Star from Hampton, VA. Currently, I am a part of the amazing company dancers with the Academy of Dance and Gymnastics. I have been a competitive dancer since I was 6 years old and I have been dancing since I was in my mommy’s tummy (so I’ve been told!) I have always felt at home on the stage and I have developed a love for musical theatre because it allows my “silly” personality to shine in several ways. I have also found a love for dance photography in that it allows me to express my love of dance through photos and showcase my skills as a dancer. Outside of dance, I love to create art projects and make crafts. I enjoy bracelet making, painting and creating “squishies” for people as fidgets. I aspire to become a Broadway Professional and dream of the possibility of becoming a Broadway performer. I am excited to be a part of the MVP Collective as an Ambassador and looking forward to all of the exciting opportunities.
